Business Hours & Appointments

Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

Appointments: All consultations and order placements are by appointment only.

First-time customers: Please come prepared with a clear idea of what you need. Consultations are limited to 30 minutes per visit; additional time is billed at $25/hour.

Order Requirements

A completed order form is required for each design/P.O. number. Include:

  • Contact details (name, address, phone, email)

  • Garment details (brand, color, size scale, quantity)

  • Graphic specs (final artwork file & spec sheet)

  • Due date and shipping info

Payments

Deposit: 50% deposit is required to begin production.

Balance: Due upon pick-up, delivery, or shipment.

Accepted methods: Cash, company check, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and major credit/debit cards.

Card surcharge: 3.65% applies to all credit/debit transactions.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled within 5 days of deposit: 15% surcharge + 10% restock fee (for Tavo-supplied goods).

  • Orders cancelled after spec sheet approval but before production: 25% surcharge + 15% restock fee.

  • No refunds once an order has been printed.

Refunds are issued as store credit; processing may take up to 30 business days.

Artwork Requirements

File formats: PSD, AI, EPS, layered PDF (fonts converted to paths).

Resolution: 300 DPI, actual print size.

Delivery: Email, USB, or CD.

Charges: $25 per ½ hour for minor edits; $150 minimum for concept/logo design.

Customer-Supplied Goods

  • Customer Name

  • Design Name

  • Units per design

All garments must be separated and labeled before delivery:

A 3% surcharge applies if Tavo Prints separates/counts goods.

Tavo Prints reserves a 3% damage allowance on customer-supplied goods (e.g., 3 damaged items per 100).

Production & Turnaround

Standard jobs:
- 5–7 business days for spec sheet preparation (if Tavo Prints supplies it).
- 7–10 business days production after spec sheet approval.

Private label or complex jobs: 14–21 business days after spec sheet approval.

Jobs are available for pickup at 5 PM on the deadline date unless otherwise arranged.

 

Rush services:
- 5 business days: +30% invoice
- 3 business days: +40% invoice
- Next day: +60% invoice

(Some complex orders may not qualify).

Refunds & Claims

  • No cash or credit card refunds; all refunds are issued as store credit (valid for 1 year).

  • No refunds on priority service charges if the job exceeds the rush due date.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping goods to Tavo Prints.

  • Tavo Prints is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Other Terms

  • All screens remain property of Tavo Prints and are stored for 90 days unless otherwise requested.

  • Tavo Prints reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting or notification.

  • Jurisdiction is in Philadelphia, PA; governed by Pennsylvania law.
