We do this to ensure every client gets focused time and personalized service.

Turnaround depends on your project type and approval timing:

• Standard jobs: 7–10 business days after spec sheet approval
• Private label or complex orders: 14–21 business days
• Rush service:
  • 5-day rush = +30% invoice
  • 3-day rush = +40% invoice
  • Next-day rush = +60% invoice

(Please note: not all complex orders qualify for rush service.)

A completed order form must be submitted for each design or purchase order. Include:

• Contact info (name, phone, email, address)
• Garment details (brand, color, size breakdown, quantity)
• Graphic file and spec sheet
• Due date and shipping or pickup details

This helps us prepare accurate proofs and timelines before production begins.

We accept cash, company cheques, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and major credit/debit cards.
A 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due upon pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Please note: a 3.65% surcharge applies to all card transactions.

Cancellations depend on the production stage:

• Within 5 days of deposit: 15% surcharge + 10% restock fee (for Tavo-supplied goods)
• After spec sheet approval but before production: 25% surcharge + 15% restock fee
• Once printed: no refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit and processed within up to 30 business days.

For best print results, we require:

• File formats: PSD, AI, EPS, or layered PDF (fonts converted to paths)
• Resolution: 300 DPI at actual print size
• Delivery: Email, USB, or CD

Minor edits are billed at $25 per ½ hour, and custom logo design starts at $150.

Yes, but please label and separate each size and design before delivery.
If we sort your items, a 3% handling surcharge applies.
We also reserve a 3% damage allowance on customer-supplied garments (e.g., 3 per 100 items).

Yes. We provide pickup, delivery, or shipping for clients across Bucks County, including Bensalem, Levittown, Doylestown, Newtown, and Yardley.
Delivery eligibility and cost depend on order size and location.

Yes. All screens remain property of Tavo Prints and are stored for 90 days for easy reorders.
After that, they may be reclaimed or repurposed unless otherwise requested.

We’ll notify you once your job leaves our facility.
However, Tavo Prints is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
For urgent projects, we recommend local pickup whenever possible.

You’ll receive a digital spec sheet via email before production.
Please review and approve it carefully, your approval confirms artwork, placement, and quantity before we proceed.
